mnu_user_ip_address(upd1) - Update User IP Address

The purpose of this function is to allow the user to update entries on the USER-IP-ADDRESS table for a selected USER.

This form is accessed by selecting entries in the List IP Address by User screen before pressing the 'UPDATE' button in the navigation bar.
