mnu_task(pdf)2 - Output Tasks to PDF (Detail view)

The purpose of this function is to export details from the TASK table in printable PDF format in Detail view. It the task is a menu then its associated menu options will be appended.

This form is accessed from the List Task screen by pressing the 'Output to PDF(D)' button in the navigation bar.
