mnu_user(pswd) - Retrieve Password

The purpose of this function is to allow the user to request that his password be sent to him via e-mail. For this to work the user's details must include a valid e-mail address.

The user enters his e-mail address and presses the SUBMIT button. The password for the user will then be e-mailed to that address.
