The purpose of this form is to allow the user to browse through the contents of the COLUMN table of the dictionary database.
This form is accessed by an option on the menu bar.

| Read | Will view the details of selected entries by activating Enquire Column |
| Update | Will update selected entries by activating Update Column |

| Output to PDF(L) | Will produce printable output as described in Output Columns to PDF (List view). |
| Output to PDF(D) | Will produce printable output as described in Output Columns to PDF (Detail view). |
| Audit Trail | Will show the audit trail (LIKE) for selected entries as described in Appendix L. |
